General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between cricket and its users. Using the service through our website, mobile application, or any other platform means you fully agree to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are advised to stop using cricket's service. These Terms are written in Bengali and that version shall be considered the primary document.

1.1 Definitions

In these Terms, "service" refers to cricket's website, application, and all casino, betting, and entertainment services provided through them. "User" refers to a registered account holder. "Wallet" refers to the balance held in a user's account.

1.2 Applicability

These Terms apply to all cricket services — including casino games, slots, live casino, cricket betting, football betting, and other entertainment activities. Where separate terms apply to a specific promotion or service, those will be stated separately.

Account Registration

A valid account must be created to use cricket's services fully. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Registration Process

• A valid mobile number must be provided, which will be used for OTP verification.
• A strong password must be created that is at least 8 characters long and contains a combination of letters and numbers.
• Each person may create only one account.
• The correct date of birth must be provided at the time of registration.

2.2 Account Verification

cricket reserves the right to verify the authenticity of an account at any time. This process may involve requesting a copy of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. The account may not be transferred to or shared with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use cricket's services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is completely prohibited for minors.
• You must use this service personally and voluntarily — acting on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must have an active and valid payment method.
• You have not self-excluded and are not on any mandatory exclusion list.

Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at cricket is ৳200. Supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dhaka Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). All deposits are processed through an SSL encrypted connection.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cricket does not support transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency.

4.4 Transaction Security

cricket does not store any payment information directly. All financial data is handled through a secure payment processor. If a suspicious transaction is detected, the account may be placed under temporary review for security purposes.

Bonuses and Promotions

cricket offers bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. Each offer has specific conditions that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; before withdrawing, ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus and real money funds may be used together, but wagering must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus offer must be claimed within its specified validity period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred to any third party.

5.3 Misuse

Misuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or bonus arbitrage — is strictly prohibited by cricket. If such activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled unless cricket itself cancels the event. It is the user's responsibility to select the correct market and values before confirming a bet.

6.2 Result Determination

For sports betting, results are determined based on the official results of the relevant sports body. For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket tournaments, the decision of the ICC or the relevant cricket board is final.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a bet is left incomplete due to a service disruption or technical issue, the relevant funds will be returned to the wallet. cricket is not liable for any user losses in such situations.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

There may be limits on the maximum winnings in a single transaction or within a specific time period. These limits are set by cricket and are subject to change.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on cricket's platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Registering using a fake identity or someone else's identity.
• Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Exploiting system or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Misusing bonuses through bonus arbitrage or coordinated strategies.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving indecently toward other users.
• Involvement in match fixing or any form of irregular conduct.

Account Closure

8.1 By the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. It is advised to withdraw any withdrawable balance in the wallet before closing the account.

8.2 By cricket

cricket reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following situations:

• Serious violation of these Terms.
• Providing false information during registration.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Specific evidence of financial fraud.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability

cricket is committed to maintaining service quality, but our liability is limited in the following situations:

• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to technical reasons.
• If a transaction is disrupted due to a delay or error from a third-party payment service.
• If service use is interrupted due to issues with the user's own device or internet connection.
• Unforeseen circumstances or external causes beyond our control.

In the case of any dispute or complaint, cricket's decision will be considered final, although we always aim for a fair resolution.

Changes to Terms

cricket reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users via their registered mobile number or email.

Continued use of the service after any changes to the terms and conditions will be taken to mean that the user has accepted the new terms. It is therefore recommended to visit this page regularly.
